This beautifully updated near Oceanfront home blends luxury, comfort, and thoughtful design in all the right ways. Recent enhancements bring a dynamic, elevated feel throughout, from stunning hand-blown Bocci lighting in the breakfast nook and kitchen island to the show stopping living room chandelier and designer office lighting. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with premium appliances, including a Miele dishwasher and an integrated DCS fridge by Fisher & Paykel, while the home’s multiple Heat & Glo fireplaces create a warm, sophisticated atmosphere in the living room, primary suite, and downstairs family room. The primary ensuite retreat feels especially indulgent, featuring a three-sided fireplace, heated towel rack, and a smart Kohler toilet for a spa-inspired experience. Downstairs, the family room is designed for relaxing and entertaining, complete with a Sony Bravia XR OLED TV, matching speaker system, and a stylish wet bar with black marble countertop, sink, and tap. Practical upgrades add even more peace of mind, including a newer roof and skylights, solar panels, furnace and heat pump. Outside, the backyard is anchored by a striking fire table that makes evenings by the ocean feel unforgettable. There is something truly special about a home that captures your heart the moment you arrive, and this beautifully updated retreat does exactly that. From the shimmering water views to the unforgettable sunsets that paint the sky each evening, every detail invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel at home. Outside, the deck becomes your front-row seat to the beauty of Brentwood Bay—a place where morning coffee, evening wine, and everyday moments feel extraordinary. Here, life is filled with paddleboarding on the bay, seaside walks with the dogs, nearby trails, boating, dining, and the magic of Butchart Gardens just minutes away. This is more than a beautifully updated home—it is the lifestyle, warmth, and West Coast beauty buyers dream of finding.

About
With a background in commercial sales and specializing in project sales and marketing, Tony has an extensive history in the Victoria real estate market. He is also a well-known leader in the real estate community and is often featured in presentations or asked for his insights on condo-related media stories. Tony is a perennial MLS Gold Award winner and has also won the prestigious MLS Special Gold Award. From 2011-2015, Tony was the number one Realtor for number of strata sales.
Tony is a former member of Canada’s National Cycling Team and was awarded the Fair Play Award in 2002. He is also an avid runner, road and mountain cyclist, crossfit athlete, and triathlon competitor. Sport has played a massive role in Tony’s life, teaching him a strong work ethic, how to be a team player, and how to lead. Together with his wife, Erinne, who is a 2008 cycling Olympian, he wants to help ensure as many kids get a chance to play organized sports as he can. They have started an initiative called Guardian Athlete (www.guardianathlete.ca) to help kids from less fortunate backgrounds get into sports. He helps other organizations in the Victoria community, too, including Our Place Society, The Mustard Seed, Power to Be, and “Journey,” an initiative to build homes in third-world countries.
At the core of it, though, Tony is a family man. He is the proud dad to Xavier and Catalina, and, fun fact; he owns a modest mango farm in the Philippines with his sister.
