About

Licensed since 1991 I have had the pleasure in assisting over seven hundred clients. My previous working career was from 1966 to 1990 in the residential construction field as a carpenter, then owner/operator of a local construction company.

My construction experience has greatly benefitted my ability to offer concise and accurate advice to buyers and sellers both in new and previously occupied residences, condos, and town homes. This includes most forms of structural building styles, from frame to steel and concrete.

My career path has also included a variety of volunteer positions from local sports organisations to organised Real Estate.

I am proud to say that I have served in a variety of positions with the Victoria Real Estate Board since 2002 and the B.C. Real Estate Association, beginning in 2004.
