About
Meet Lew Poulin
Lew has been selling residential real estate in Victoria for 30 years. In that time he has helped many happy clients to achieve their real estate dreams. For Lew, it has always been about more than selling real estate as a way to make a living, it is about helping people to get the best real estate deals for each individual. Lew loves to help people and he loves to sell.
"My earliest memory of selling started when I was 8 and I would try to sell our household items to my Aunts, Uncles & Grandparents when they would come over for family gatherings"
Born and raised in Victoria, Lew knows Victoria and all the individual areas that make up our real estate market. He consistently takes real estate upgrading courses so he is current with the market and knowledgeable on all areas of the residential market, this way he can best serve his clients.
Starting in sales after finishing school at Victoria High School in 1976, Lew spent the next 10 years in the retail sales industry working for Eaton's, Sears and The Bay. In 1984 he moved into the automotive industry and was a sales associate for Canada's #1 Toyota dealership, Metro Toyota, earning salesman of the year honors. Lew worked in the automotive sales field for 10 years. Lew became a Realtor in 1994 and has been in the real estate industry for the last 25 years. In that time he has earned multiple MLS sales production awards and customer service awards.
"My business continues to grow from the repeat and referral business I continue to earn from past happy customers and their families and friends"
Lew will continue to assist people in buying and selling real estate into the next generation of buyers and sellers and will always be there to help guide his clients through the process. Lew
